All newsOn March 25th Blat lapidot held for the first time, a select customer’s conference in order to demonstrate Salesforce.com new edition - spring 10 features and updates. The main goal of the day was to explain and demonstrate the new features in the spring 10’ salesforce.com in an intimate environment. Such which will allow the customers to learn about the new functionality and receive answers to any questions which may arise.
The conference started in a joint toast for all invitees and B&L employees in which all gathered together to celebrate the new salesforce.com spring 10’ edition’s arrival, the unique relationship between Blat lapidot and its customers and of course the Passover holiday.
After half an hour of mingling and salutes the select customers gathered for the presentation which was performed by Gili Graubard, a B&L PreSales and Ido Hacohen, VP Sales & Marketing. During the presentation the customers learned about the new “chatter” functionality, they got a glance on the new user interface which is available in all editions, and interacted with the new quotes synchronizer and learned how to create a PDF file from quotes fast & easily. All of course with the chance to ask questions and to accumulate all the knowledge and information in order to use them more efficiently on their own CRM systems.
