18.02.10 B&L Company day
On February 18th Blat-Lapidot held a company day to celebrate the extraordinary company growth in 2009.
After an astounding year, becoming one of the leading salesforce.com European partners, moving into newer and bigger offices and expending to 30 employees it was time to recline and have some fun.
The theme of the day was the known T.V. reality show “The Amazing Race” in which the competitors are sent to different locations were they are to perform tasks and solve riddles in order to continue to the next leg. On B&L’s version of the show all tasks and riddles were salesforce.com & cloud computing related.
After a joint breakfast and grouping into foursomes, they all gathered for a quiz about salesforce.com. The purpose of the quiz was to gain point which they could use during the day to buy clues and solves riddles. Needless to say that all teams gained all possible points!
The day was composed of decorating company cars with salesforce.com, cloud computing and B&L logo’s, picturing themselves outside office buildings of B&L customers, solve riddles and film bystanders that were familiar with “Salesforce.com” and “cloud computing”.
The last riddles of the day led to a restaurant were all employees gathered together for lunch and a presentation detailing the company’s achievements in 2009 and objectives for 2010.
