Maya Komerov - CEO

Maya Komerov has been the CEO of Blat-Lapidot since 2006 and has guided the company with her progressive vision. As one of the founders of the company, Maya has built up one of the leading cloud computing companies in the Israeli market, transforming Blat-Lapidot from a local business to one of the top leading Salesforce.com partners in Europe.

Maya's vast work experience both in the Computing and Business areas includes extensive experience in CRM, Systems Analysis as well as Project Management. With this experience, Maya leads the business and growth of Blat-Lapidot as a top notch consulting and implementation firm. Maya uses her vast experience to focus the vision of the company on a day-to-day basis.

Before becoming the CEO at Blat-Lapidot, Maya worked for 4 years at Pelephone, one of Israel's largest cellular companies. It was under her responsibility to manage large-scale IT projects as well as manage the company call centers.

Maya graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and Engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Ben-Gurion.

Gabi Broitman - COO

Gabi Broitman is the COO of Blat-Lapidot, responsible for the Delivery Team, including both the Professional Services Team and the R&D Team. In addition to this, Gabi is also responsible for the Information Technology Team. Part of Gabi's function in the company is to constantly develop and update Blat-Lapidot's best practices in accordance with Salesforce.com. in order to ensure the excellency of our customer service.

With over 14 years of experience in the high-tech industry, in the course of his career Gabi has focused on building Global Professional Services and CS departments from the ground up to becoming fully operational. He also has over 10 years experience in CRM implementation, specifically with integration projects and global support processes.

Prior to joining Blat-Lapidot, Gabi held the position of Sr. Director of Global Support at Interwise (acquired by AT&T) and later became the Director of Professional Services at Pointer Telocation.

Gabi earned his BA in Business Administration at Rupin Academic Institute and then graduated with an MBA from the College of Management.

Ido Arad - Director of Professional Services

With over 7 years of experience, Ido is the Director of Professional Services at Blat-Lapidot. In this position, Ido leads Project Managers, Senior Consultants and Implementers as well as overseeing strategic projects.

Over the years at Blat-Lapidot, Ido has had vast experience managing dozens of CRM projects simultaneously. During those years, Ido has gained a great understanding of the Salesforce.com platform as well as knowledge of the business processes in marketing, sales and support.

Prior to joining Blat-Lapidot, Ido founded a company that executed international trading projects, which gave him extensive experience in working with government departments. Ido has also had team leading experience from his Israel Defense Force service, where he served as a Team Leader of the Criminal Investigations Department operational system.

Ido has a BA in Business Management and Psychology from Tel Aviv University.

Avi Avisror - Director of R&D

Avi has worked at Blat-Lapidot in several fields and is now in the position of Director of R&D. In the current role, Avi not only leads the Development Department, but is also in charge of the Research and QA Departments as well. His responsibilities also extend to the management of strategic development projects, in regards to providing solutions and overall management for projects with a high level of complexity. 

Within Blat-Lapidot, Avi has worked as a Sr. Force.com Developer as well as a System's Architect. One of his first management positions at Blat-Lapidot was as the Development Delivery Manager. In this poistion, Avi managed all the related technical and professional aspects.

Avi has a B.Sc in Computer Sciences from the Open University and is currently completing his MBA.
